Water bottle, towel, workout clothes. We've got gloves and wraps you can use, or bring your own if you've got 'em. First class? Just show up - we'll sort you out.

Arrive Early

Get here 10-15 minutes before class starts. Gives you time to wrap up, warm up a bit, and not be rushing. Plus our coaches like to chat with new faces before we get rolling.
