When you sign up with us, we're gonna need some basics - your name, email, phone number, and address. Pretty standard stuff. We also collect payment info (though we don't actually store your credit card details - that's handled by our payment processor).

If you're doing personal training or fighter development, we'll track fitness data, injury history, and your training progress. It's not because we're nosy - it's so your coaches can build programs that actually work for YOU without getting you hurt.

We might also grab some website usage data through cookies - like which pages you visit, how long you hang around. Helps us figure out what's working and what's not on our site.

Here's the deal - we use your information to run the gym and make your experience better. That means:

• Scheduling your classes and training sessions
• Processing your membership payments
• Sending you updates about schedule changes, new classes, or events
• Tailoring your training programs based on your goals and progress
• Keeping you safe by tracking any health considerations

Your personal info stays pretty locked down. The only people who can access it are:

• Our coaching staff (they need it to train you properly)
• Front desk team (for scheduling and admin stuff)
• Our payment processor (to handle billing)

We might share info if we're legally required to - like if there's a court order or health emergency. But that's rare and we'd only share what's absolutely necessary.

If you compete and want us to share your fight records or achievements for promotional stuff, we'll ask for your permission first. Your call entirely.

We take security seriously. All your data is stored on secure servers with encryption. Our staff only has access to what they need to do their jobs. Payment info is tokenized through our processor - we never see or store your full card numbers.

Physical files (if we've got any) are locked up at the facility. We're not perfect, but we're doing everything reasonable to protect your stuff.

That said, no system is 100% hack-proof. We'll let you know immediately if there's ever a breach that affects your data.

Under Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA), you've got rights. Here's what you can do:

• Access: Ask to see what data we have on you
• Correct: Tell us if something's wrong and we'll fix it
• Delete: Request we delete your info (with some exceptions for legal/safety reasons)
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime
• Withdraw consent: Change your mind about how we use your data

Our programs are designed for adults 16 and up. If you're under 18, we need a parent or guardian to sign up and provide consent. We're not collecting data from kids without permission - that's a hard line for us.

We might update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and let you know through email or a notice on our website.

Big changes? We'll make sure you're aware and get your consent if needed.
